Please allow me to start out by saying thank you you for being a part of Websites On TV.

Jonathan Liardon takes care of support tickets and has done so for nearly 5 years for me among other things having to do with my online ventures.

Some of you imagine or remember my company to be several offices with a large staff, SInce 2010 this is no longer the case.

I now run this business from my home, actually out of my spare bedroom, just like many of you are doing or hopeful of doing with your own successful online business.

Support answers all legitimate requests for help via email, typically within 24-48 hours and truth be known often much much faster.

Please do not panic, or go kookoo when you don't get an answer back right away. Perhaps find something else to do for a while, and we'll get to you as soon as possible and send you a reply.

We know you hate to wait, and we'll try to keep things moving as quickly as possible!

There seems to be a lot of people that think we are somehow connected with the Jerry Springer show and that they will be answered quicker if they act like they are late in taking their meds.
